Part Time Fulfillment Team Hire

I need an extra pair of hands (and a lot of good vibes) to join my local (San Mateo County) fulfillment team.
What’s it all about?
As a part time fulfillment team member, you’ll be the magic behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for making sure our lovely customers’ orders are packed with care and attention and shipped out promptly. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you keep our inventory in tip-top shape and help ensure we run like clockwork.
We must be doing something right, because my current fulfillment team has worked with me for approximately 6+ years.
Who am I looking for?
Someone who loves beauty, or who wants to learn! But, it’s not all about makeup & skincare - I’m also on the lookout for someone who’s got an eye for detail. Spotting that one missing item in an order? That’s your superpower!
Here’s what you’ll need to shine:
- A can-do attitude and a sprinkle of positivity
- Excellent organizational skills (we don’t want to lose any lipsticks)
- A dash of teamwork
- The desire to work one or two, two hour shifts per week
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old
Perks? You bet!
- Quarterly $75 ‘gratis’ of complementary beauty goodies
- Flexibility with schedule - but also there's regular hours; Tues and/or Thursday afternoons of two hour shifts
- $20 an hour

Responsibilities (Let’s get serious now)
- Fill, package and label orders for shipping to customers.
- Fill and label cosmetic and skincare products into retail packaging from bulk supplies.
- Package up product samples.
- Create product labels.
- Finalize customer orders and update the database
- Assist in managing inventory.
- Occasionally assist in making product, (training provided).
- Occasionally provide creative input on product names and/or packaging.
Ultimately, you will work in my dedicated home studio to ensure orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped in a timely manner, along with various other tasks that are needed to ensure customers are receiving their orders in a timely manner. We wear many hats, which keeps it interesting.
