If you have never used mineral powder concealers/primers then you are in for a treat.

Though you can use your fingers, your best bet is to use a good concealing brush.

Application Tips

We suggest using concealers under your foundation, on top of it or both, as needed. For the best coverage, load your brush but do not tap off excess.

Dab concealer onto problem areas; blemishes, under eyes, moles, and discoloration, then blend gently.

Layering concealers provides the most complete coverage. You could even wear this as your foundation.
