We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Holidays are, of course, exceptions. We will do our very best to get your goodies to you promptly. as we know you want them!

Unless otherwise requested, A FREE random sample comes with every order; and I encourage you to request up to 3 samples of products you are thinking of trying next with your orders.

• US 2 day (from the time of shipping, not the time of order) flat rate shipping charge of $6.95 for retail orders under $55.00.
• We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• FREE Shipping on All U.S. domestic retail orders over $55.00.  We want your decision to shop SBM to be a no-brainer!

• Canada shipping is also small flat rate shipping charge of $26.00

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer FREE exchanges (we cover the cost of return shipping) for product of equal or greater value or a shop credit toward a future purchase, providing the criteria below is met.

Straight returns are accepted as well, though you will be responsible for safe return of the products and return shipping.

Also, please note, we strongly suggest you order *samples before you order full sizes, as we can not exchange products due to incorrect color choices. And we make sampling easy! (see our Customer Care FAQ’s)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

• Returns are accepted up to 60 days from order date. 
• We do not accept empty or near empty bottles. I know, right?
• In order to receive a refund/exchange on a kit, all products in the kit must be returned.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. 
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• If an item is purchased with a shop credit and returned, it will be reimbursed for shop credit.
• If a Gift Certificate was used, we would only be able to process it as a shop credit.
• We strongly suggest you order *samples before you order full sizes.
• *Sale items, Samples and Try-Me sizes are not refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:. 

1. Contact Lisa  with your exchange or return information.
2. For an exchange, I'll send you a return shipping label.
3. For a return, you safely package your products up and return to the address below. 
4. Send all items back to us.

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
