I lift weights three times a week.
Not long workouts, not complicated programs. Just consistent, focused training that keeps me strong, supports my body, and carries into everything else, including how I age.
I don’t train to be smaller.
I train to stay capable.
nutrition
I keep my food simple and intentional.
I focus on protein, balance my carbs and fats, and eat in a way that supports my energy, my body composition, and my goals.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about consistency over time.

This is where everything comes together.
Your skin reflects how you live, your habits, your routines, your consistency.
I don’t rely on products alone.
But I do use the right ones, every day.
