If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer FREE exchanges for product of equal or greater value (we cover the cost of return shipping).

Straight returns are accepted as well, though you will be responsible for safe return of the products and return shipping.

Also, please note, we strongly suggest you order *samples before you order full sizes, as we can not exchange products due to incorrect color choices. And we make sampling easy! 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • We do not accept empty or near empty bottles. I know, right?
  • Partially returned kits, and partially used product will be reimbursed as an in-house credit. In order to receive a refund on a kit, all products in the kit must be returned.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Samples and Try-Me sizes are not refundable.
  • These also are not eligible for return/exchange: Gift cards; downloadable products.
  • If an item is purchased with a shop credit and returned, it will be reimbursed for Shop credit.
  • If a Gift Certificate was used, we would only be able to process it as a Shop credit.
  • We strongly suggest you order *samples before you order full sizes, as we can not exchange products due to incorrect color choices.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

    1. Contact Lisa  with your exchange or return information.
    2. For an exchange which meets the criteria above, I'll send you a return shipping label.
    3. For a return, you safely package your products up and return to the address below. 
    4. Send all items safely back to us.
    5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
