Tip: Liners can be used wet or dry.
Wet the tip of your fine line, eye liner brush and dip into your liner color to apply liner in the traditional wet application technique
Another optional wet liner technique:
Use an angled liner brush to pick up your liner color, placing it into the jar lid. Next, add water to the dry powder, smear the liquid around into the jar lid and allow it to dry into a layer of dried color. Using the angled liner brush, pick up as much dry color as needed and walk the color across the edge of your top and bottom eye lid.
Tip - Foiling:ï¾ Shadows can be applied wet or dry.
Achieve beautiful results with foiling (wet application technique). Use glimmer shadows wet for a dramatic effect. Matte, Natural Sheen or Glimmer Eye Shadow can be applied wet or dry or in varying combinations. Sprinkle glimmers in your hair for a little nighttime glamour and don't forget the soft décolleté area. Use dry, or deepen it by 'foiling' with water. Foiling creates more of the feel of using an eye liner, and you may have added control.
