Every month, I seem to have a few things that I reach for over and over again.

Sometimes, it's a skincare product I've rediscovered. Sometimes, it's something I've added to my daily wellness routine. And sometimes, it's simply something that makes life a little more enjoyable.

These aren't necessarily new products, and they're not all beauty products. They're simply the things I'm using, eating, drinking, wearing, or recommending right now because they've earned a place in my routine.

Here are my months favorites.

1. Omnilux LED Face Mask

No surprise here.

My Omnilux mask continues to get a lot of use. I alternate it with my NIRA Pro, using each about three nights a week, so it has become a regular part of my evening routine.

The Omnilux Contour Face uses red and near-infrared light at 633nm and 830nm wavelengths and is designed to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while supporting firmer, more radiant-looking skin.

The treatment is only 10 minutes, which is a big part of why I'm so consistent with it.

After dinner, I take off my makeup and wash my face, then use the Omnilux on clean, dry skin while my husband and I are watching one of our shows. I don't do the rest of my skincare until later, right before bed.

I've been interested in red light therapy for years, but the mask format has made using it ridiculously easy.

2. Radiance Reveal Exfoliant

This is one of my own Simple Beauty Minerals products that I've been reaching for more lately.

Radiance Reveal is a leave-on chemical exfoliant with naturally derived alpha and beta hydroxy acids. Instead of physically scrubbing at the skin, it helps loosen the bonds between dead surface skin cells.

I use it when my skin starts looking a little dull or just not as smooth as I'd like.

I also appreciate that I don't have to wash it off. I cleanse and tone, apply Radiance Reveal and move on with the rest of my routine.

I'm careful with exfoliation because I already use other active products. If my skin is happy, I'm not interested in pushing it just because I could exfoliate more often.

I'm looking for smoother, fresher-looking skin. I don't want my face to feel stripped afterward.

3. Pique B•T Fountain

I've been a Pique fan for years, and B•T Fountain is the Pique product I'm especially loving right now.

It's their Beauty Electrolyte, with electrolytes and minerals along with phytoceramides and hyaluronic acid. Pique positions it around hydration, skin elasticity and moisture retention.

But the biggest reason I keep drinking it is much simpler. I really like it.

The yuzu-berry flavor is light, and adding a sachet to my water makes me much more interested in drinking the water. Sometimes that's the practical benefit that matters most.

I'm interested in what I put in my body as much as what I put on my skin, so I like the idea behind B•T Fountain too. And because all I have to do is mix it into water and drink it, there's nothing complicated about adding it to my day.

It's become enough of a regular that it easily earned a place here.

4. Super C Stem Serum

This isn't a rediscovery at all.

I've been using my Simple Beauty Minerals Super C Stem Serum for years, and it's still part of my morning skincare routine.

It contains sodium ascorbyl phosphate, a form of vitamin C, along with plant-based hyaluronic acid and other ingredients selected to support brighter, more even-looking skin.

I like having an antioxidant serum in my morning routine, and Super C goes on before my moisturizer and SPF.

My skincare has certainly gotten more sophisticated over the years. I use retinoids, exfoliation, red light, NIRA and other treatments, but that hasn't pushed out the basics I've relied on for a long time.

Super C is one of them.

It's not new. It's not having a comeback. I just still use it, every morning.

5. ROYO Everything Bagels and Bread

And now, bagels.

I totally love ROYO's Everything Bagels, and their bread has become a regular around here too.

I'm pretty specific about my nutrition. I track my macros, pay attention to protein and fiber and plan most of my food ahead. So I'm always happy when I find something I genuinely enjoy eating that also works well with how I eat.

ROYO does.

I use the bagels for breakfast sandwiches, and the bread works for all kinds of quick meals. The Everything Bagel is probably my favorite.

I'm not interested in eating something just because the macros look good if I don't actually enjoy it.

These pass both tests for me.

6. Cayla Gray Fragrance

Finally, something that has absolutely nothing to do with protein, electrolytes, red light or exfoliation.

Fragrance!

I've been enjoying Cayla Gray lately, and I ordered the Discovery Kit so I could play with several of the fragrances before deciding which ones I liked best.

I landed on Petals and Slumber. 

I also like having something on this list simply because I enjoy it.

I spend plenty of time thinking about skincare, nutrition, strength training and all the other things I do intentionally. My perfume doesn't need to accomplish anything.

I just want it to smell beautiful and make me happy when I put it on. Plus, it's a part of our personal style. 

That's enough reason for it to make the list.

What I'm Loving Right Now

So that's what's making my favorites list right now.

A red light mask, two skincare products, something I'm putting in my water, bagels and perfume.

A perfectly logical collection. ;-)

Some of these have been part of my life for years, and some are newer discoveries. I actually like that mix. I'm not going to go looking for a certain number of new things just so I have something different to recommend.

If something I've owned for five years is what I'm loving, it belongs here.

And who knows what will make the next list. A skincare product, something I'm wearing, a new protein find, a piece of gym equipment, a book, or something I bought for Snowy.

That's part of the fun.
