We get it, we have a lot of options to make sure you get exactly what’s best for you– so you might not be sure, right off the bat which foundation brush is *your* match made in heaven. That’s right, you are about to step into the world of foundation brushes with us right by your side as your guide– so, are you ready to see how simple finding the perfect applicator brush for your mineral foundation can be?
The Basics - 3 Choices
We carry two brushes geared towards loose mineral makeup foundation application: the Ultimate Kabuki Brush, and the Flat Top Buffer & Bronzer Brush (don’t be fooled by names though, the Flat Top Buffer isn’t only for bronzers– it’s the perfect companion to our Sensy Rich Foundation line as you’ll soon see below!). Plus, I like to tack on a “bonus brush” in our Perfect Blush Brush– did you know this bad boy can double as a foundation brush too? It has the same head as the Kabuki, yet has a long handle. Just swirl it, tap it, and apply like you would with your regular kabuki brush– not only is this perfect for those of us who prefer to use a long handled brush, but it can also totally save you in a pinch when you realize you forgot your ultimate kabuki at home when you’re on vacation…!
Stray Hairs - Oh My!
Oh, and one of your very favorite things about these brushes? Not only are they ultra soft and easy to care for– you won’t find any stray brush hairs poking out or scattered across your vanity, or left sitting on your face. These brushes were made to last, and the bristles stay put!
1. The Ultimate Kabuki Brush!
This brush is incredibly versatile. It can work with almost anything you give it. I like to use it with my Perfect Cover Foundation, and let me just tell you– it truly does give me the most even, full coverage of any kabuki brush I have previously owned.
Perfect Match - Kabuki + Perfect Cover or Ultra Light Formulas
This brush pairs perfectly with our Perfect Cover Foundation and our Ultra Light Foundation formula.
To apply, simply tap out your desired amount of foundation into the lid, and swirl your Ultimate Kabuki Brush around to pick up the loose mineral powder, then tap off the excess and apply it to your face in small circular motions!
2. Flat Top Buffer Brush
The incredibly soft and smooth coverage that this brush offers is truly out of this world– it’s an instant classic that will totally change your foundation game if you use our Sensy Rich Foundation formula. I have been trying it out the past couple of weeks, and I’m in love! I’m so obsessed with the Sensy Rich Foundation when I apply it with the Flat Top Buffer Brush that I think I may have to completely switch over when I run out of my current foundation stash. I truly love the variety of options we offer. The Sensy Rich Formula gives the most beautifully rich and creamy coverage (something that my sometimes dry skin can struggle to achieve!) with such a full and even glow that I have become a true believer in this glorious brush + foundation combo!
