Body Brushing for Full Body Exfoliating
The mechanical action of dry brushing is wonderful for exfoliating your entire body, no matter the time of year. It Unclogs the pores and stimulates your skin, which feels invigorating.
It can be helpful in detoxification by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage.
