Standout Eye Makeup When Wearing Protective Face Masks
How do you apply your makeup when wearing a face mask?
Face masks are the new normal.
We may not always need to wear them, but they are not leaving for good, anytime soon.
Keep these thoughts in mind:
- Prioritize your skincare
- Focus on your eyes
- Think of your eye makeup as self-care
- Sunscreen is still a top priority
Under Your Face Mask
The induced friction of wearing a mask can be irritating, causing chaffing and exacerbate acne.
Consider wearing a thicker emollient creme under your mask to add an additional layer of protection.
If your skin leans towards breakouts, our Mineral Foundations provide an excellent extra layer of protection as well.
Lip Balm or a matte lip color is perfect for lip protection and hydration. A matte lipstick such as our Two in One Creme Crayons are excellent at adhering to your lips, while not transferring completely to your mask. Avoid glosses under your mask.
